First, albums, books
1. What is special size?
Is the size of the finished picture book, there is another specification size in the same finished size. For a large 16-inch finished product, there is a four-open map or eight-open form. The printing method and printing size can be changed to a special size.

4. How to use fixed paper for printing?
First select the width of the roll paper (the size of the roll paper is selected according to the size of your machine), and then fill in the length. Remember: the quantity is the automatic conversion of the fixed paper quantity into the finished product quantity filled in the basic information.
5. What is the expansion of the imposition box?
It is the flat length and width dimensions of the color box that are disassembled and filled in the fixed paper column. Through the system automatic conversion, the paper-saving imposition map and paper quantity are automatically generated.
6. What is a paper-saving spell box?
There are two ways of color box imposition, one is paperless imposition printing, and the other is paper-saving imposition printing. The paper-saving imposition system automatically generates a paper-saving imposition schematic diagram. The ear size is required, because ear size is the key size of paper-saving. If it is larger than (width + tongue) size, it will save paper as much as possible. Just show it a few more times. More than 1/2 (width + tongue), the system automatically converts to ear size × 2 is the paper-saving size.
7. What is the tongue?
The tongue is also called the plug = the size of the insertion part of the color box cover.
8. What is the ear?
Ears are also called color box covers on both sides. It is the key size that determines paper saving. The longer the ears, the less paper saving.
9. How to check whether the imposition diagram is correct?
Please carefully demonstrate the paper-saving imposition diagram, check the finished product size, paper-saving formula: width + tongue size + knife edge size = paper-saving size. If the ear is larger than one-half of the paper-saving size, the ear size × 2 is the size of the saving part.
10. What is the color box printing knife edge?
Knife edge: also called beer knife edge and die cutting knife edge. The color box is die cut into a finished product through a die cutting machine. The die-cut version must have a knife edge size. This size is called die cutting edge size.
